My Centurylink dsl speed has been slow for two weeks, what is going on?

As a result of this, I cannot go on Nintendo WFC to play Mario Kart Wii and I can't watch videos on YouTube.I still can go on other website, but it takes a long time for the website to load.Plus, at certain times of the day and night, my internet connection is disabled.This last for minutes and it happens everyday.I called the company and they said they are working on it.But, it must be something bigger.

Is anybody else having this problem or what is the cause of it?By the way, I live in Florida.

is it possible to lose 3-4 kilos in a week if i do this…?

1. eat healthy (but not count calories or go on a 'diet')
2. go for a daily run or walk
3. use wii fit for an hour or more each day'
4. drink lots of water
5. do 20 min cardio and lots of sit-ups/ push ups?

i know that one of the main ways to lose weight rapidy is the dieting/eating,, but if i just exercise a LOT for one week would i see results of 3-4kilos gone from my stomach/ hips?
im 15, 57kg and 167cm tall… female

My keyboard wont work with dolphin emulator?

so, i downloaded the dolphin emulator, and after numerous errors, got it to open my rom (AC:CF, for wii)
it will load the game fine, but the controls on my keyboard wont work, so i cant get past the start screen.

can someone tell me how to fix this? do i absolutely have to use a bluetooth dongle?
(Also, i know pretty much nothing about computers, sorry)
